You might be asking yourself- “Who are they?” “Are they going to judge me?” “Do I really need professional help?” This page is intended to put you at ease by sharing a little about myself before we even meet!

Before starting Seeds of Hope Counseling, I worked for a non profit agency that supports children, teens, and parents through a variety of mental health challenges including: neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief, trauma and divorce. In 2024, I opened Seeds of Hope Counseling Services to focus on women’s and teen’s needs for Mental Wellness. I realized most women were seeking help for their children while drowning in their own anxiety and depression. I knew if I wanted to help families- the best place for me to start is to help women with these struggles. Whether they have families, struggle with their families of origin, or if they just want to break the intergenerational patterns before starting their own, I knew this is where I needed to be. I also knew I was called to work with women of faith. No matter where in your faith journey you are, I am here for it. I will walk your path with you for a ways while you uncover the life God has called you to.

My goal in therapy is to meet you where you are at, no matter where you are at. If you like to sit and chat, we can do that while we gently uncover the patterns that have been holding you back. If you don’t know what to say or are at a loss for words, I have techniques to help you tell your story without saying anything. My passion is to be with people. To see and hear their experiences and offer them tools to cope with the inevitable ups and downs of life.
