Initial Intake

This tele therapy session is a first time appointment meant to explore your journey so far and define what paths you might want to take. These appointments typically take 1- 1/2 hours. Most insurance is accepted.
Typical Session (53-60 min)

This is where we do the work. After your initial consultation and intake, we really start building your tools that are going to help you navigate this thing called life. These tele therapy sessions not only give you tools but leave you feeling seen and heard.
